Job Requirement: To look after the project appraisal, project development, procurement activities and project management of urban infrastructure projects like water supply, roads & bridges, sanitation & sewerage, sold waste management, bus stations, shopping complex etc., The applicant must be enterprising and result oriented persons and should have strong appraisal skill and communication skill. Applicants must be well versed with the application of computer software for project appraisal.
2. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical /Electrical )(preferably with Civil Engineering) with MBA (or) Bachelor Degree in Commerce with MBA (Finance) / AICWA /ACA and (b) Knowledge of Tamil is essential.
3. Experience: Not less than Three years experience in dealing with project appraisal, consultancy and project development and management.
4. Location: The position is based at Chennai.
5. Salary package: Cost to Company will be about Rs.37,000/- per month.

•Create and maintain user profiles and groups consistent with security
restrictions and performance considerations. Coordinate with IT Security as
required.
•Document operational processes and recovery procedures.
•Maintain environment configuration information.
•Participate on project teams.
•Work independently to resolve issues and escalate to management and other
teams as needed.
•Administer user access and security on the system.
•Installation of SAS software on client desktops if applicable. Work with
Desktop support team to assure correct users' desktop/application
configuration.
•Performance tuning of both Server and Workstations.
•Implementation of upgrades and patches to both Server and Workstations.
•Perform code reviews to ensure proper design, standard, content and
