Description:
Need to have 6 years experience in systems/integration and Enterprise application Requirements, design, development.
At least 4 years experience in SFDC.
Should have extensive experience configuring and implementing Salesforce.com application.
Should have excellent customer facing skills acquired through an onsite Business Analyst role.
Should have abilities in analyzing the business, defining data migration strategies, developing integration interfaces, designing high level architecture for different integration approaches and managing the offshore team for timely deliveries.
Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market driven orientation.
Should have functional and technical knowledge in analyzing various customer requirements and mapping the same to relevant technical specification used by the team for necessary application enhancements and integrations.
