Desired Profile of the Candidate 

Experience  10 - 15 yrs of experience in Reputed Cotton Yarn Industry

Education - B.Tech /M.Tech-Textile Technology and with relevant experience in senior management of working in the Modern Spinning Unit processing 100%Cotton &producing the International Quality Product & having best work practices.Should have leadership qualities & good communication skill.

Should have 15yrs experience in Training & Handling Lab Instruments, Machinery Handling etc. in Cotton Yarn Industry.     

Job Description/Responsibilities 
Experience in preparation and monitoring of manufacturing budgets, Manpower planning, Training & Development, Project management, Cotton purchase New Market development and Customer development retention and experience management.
Implementing modifications in manufacturing process to improve production efficiencies.
Completing daily Production targets and to produce quality products. Completing daily production reports.
The Selected Candidates Will be responsible for heading the factory with the Team of Technicians & achieving Production &Quality targets on 100 % Cotton by achieving the maximum efficiency of the Men, Material & Machines without sacrificing the quality of the yarn in Co-ordination with the Engineering & other related Departments & reporting to the Management.
Conducting preventive maintenance, foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
Ensuring that the product processed complies with all statutory norms.
Cost Management Resource planning for optimizing man & machines utilization for enhancing productivity. To plan and control monthly process consumables and maintenance cost. Cost Reduction Projects.
