Education:
Any degree / MCA with requisite skills and experience
Experience:
Five or more years of experience in developing commercial retail / desktop software solutions
Three or more years experience in leading developers in the development of software products
Three or more years experience in object oriented design and programming, web based business application design and development and with hands-on Microsoft Technology (WPF / ASP.NET/SQL Server) development experience.
Must have basic .NET architecture / technical design experience
Must have experience recruiting, managing and evaluating software engineers
Technical project management skills
.Net 4.0 c# skills with a focus on object oriented techniques
SQL Server skills
Knowledge of Microsoft based architectures, MVVM project experience would preferred
Strong ability to translate requirement specifications and/or user requirements into a formal design document.
Demonstrated ability to estimate coding cycles and work in a team based environment.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, identify issues, and provide recommendations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with end users to transform requests into robust solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and supervisory skill
