Jobs Description:
Reviewing Cognos code to ensure it adheres to design best practice and development standards (including Packages, Reports and Powercubes).
Proactively monitoring Cognos hardware/software environments and making recommendations for improvements for any issues identified and predicting where capacity limits are going to be reached.
Patching Cognos software and applying minor version upgrades.
Installation of software as part of any capacity upgrade project.
