Anyone available for a Scrum Master/Coach position in Philadelphia
This is our position exclusively. Must be a good speaker. This could be a huge win for us!
Candidates need to have significant Agile coaching experience in addition to being a certified scrum master. Scrum master certification is preferred to have come from the Scrum Alliance, but we would look at Scrum.org.
Rally experience is important. Rally is a project management tool which is designed for managing Agile projects.
10+ years in software development, either as a project manager or developer…… turned Scrum Master/Coach.
Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) would be considered a huge plus.
10+ years Project Management Experience
The Project Management Institute (PMI) offers an Agile Certified Practitioner certification which would be a plus.
