Strong experience in Core HRMS and OTL. Exposure to other HR modules like SSHR, Perf mgmt., Learning Mgmt. etc. is good to have.
Should have worked on OTL integration with Projects module
Should have done at least 2 implementations
Client facing skills and should be ready to work in Global delivery model with offshore
Strong communication skills
