Job Title : Quality Assurance

Location:  Richfield, Minnesota

Job Description: 

Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles.

 Responsible for developing, publishing, and implementing test plans to ensure quality application delivery.
 Responsible for developing test scenarios/test cases for function, integration and acceptance testing.
 Performs test executions, including test data creation, for complex integrated systems.
 Follow the standards, structured testing concepts, methodologies in place.
 Provides status reporting to QA and management.
 Involves senior management to resolve deficiencies or compliance issues in a timely manner as needed.
 Should be able to leverage existing tools to follow the test plan
Should have a strong knowledge of Quality center and defect tracking tools
Should have a strong SQL knowledge and experience with
back-end testing. Should be able to write complex queries to retrieve the data for validation.
Behavior Characteristics:
Strong communication skills and should be able to communicate with both the management and the project team efficiently
Experience in dealing with conflicting situations and working under tight deadlines
