Description:

Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Any Identity & Access Management Product implementation & support At least 2+ years of supporting Tivoli Identity Manager and its components
 Experience in TIM upgrades and Troubleshooting
 Sound knowledge on TIM infrastructure including Websphere Application Server
 Implemented & supported automated provisioning & de-provisioning of user accounts on multiple target systems connected to Identity Manager
 Implemented & supported trusted & target system reconciliation within Identity Manager
 Modification to end-user/administrative web interface (Existing code base modification only)
 Performance tuning (WebSphere, LDAP indexes, cache parameters, threshold limits, etc.)
 Configuring Availability and Performance monitoring for Tivoli Identity Manager and its components
 Problem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor and coordination as needed
 Troubleshooting of any incident tickets escalated from L2 Support team
 Configuration and release management of bug fixes and enhancements
 Knowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuning
