Overall 10+years of IT experience with minimum 2 years of experience in ALSB or OSB development
 Hands on development and implementation experience in Oracle ALSB or OSB
 Experience in Web Services, XSLT and XML developments.
 Experience in handling middleware production support
 Ability to respond quickly to the production support calls
 Good communication.
 Experience in client facing role could be an added advantage.
