Jobs Description:

 Finalization of accounts & maintenance of accounts in Tally.
 Scrutinizing payments related to purchase and expenses.
 Analyze receipts and correlate them with vouchers, banking,  etc
 Preparation of Cash Flow and Fund Flow Statement, Budget Variance Analysis, Handling Direct & Indirect Taxes and generate MIS reports
 Handling of all the matters connected with   ROC, Advance Tax, Audit Co -ordination , TDS, service tax and income tax. Cash managements,  co-ordinating with Internal and statutory auditors.
 Review of Bank Reconciliations.
 Fixed Assets Accounting & Reconciliation.
 Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
 Preparation / Review of Monthly / Quarterly Reporting and Balance Sheet Analysis. Complete knowledge of Finalization of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
 Coordinate with the Auditors .
