Jobs Description:

Prior PMO experience, Healthcare domainknowledge, Prioir experience on Portal projects
 Manages all aspects of assigned projects throughout the development projectlifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs andchange. Identifies project management process improvements and delivery.
 Manages diverse project teams that may include both on-shore and off-shoreresources.
 Manages hands-on code review/development/engineering or delivery capability.
 Conducts peer review of other staff (internal and contract) to ensure andmaintain high standards and quality.
 Provides project estimates, manages project risks, releases planning, andprovides quality assurance guidance and quality planning for the project,testing and support of UAT.
 Facilitates and participates in technical/business discussions, requirementsgathering sessions/JAD sessions.
 Remains current with latest project management/technology trends anddevelopments.
 Participates in, promotes and supports the goals of the PMO (ProjectManagement Office).
 Participates in PMO process improvements and overall direction and bestpractices.
