Location: St Cloud, Minnesota

Jobs Description:

 At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT on multipleplatforms, operating systems, and software
 Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Lead/Sr. QA Analyst
 Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of ComputerScience, Engineering, or a directly related field
 Brokerage Industry knowledge very desirable
 Ability to plan and execute equally well independently or within a team
 Facilitation skills
 Presentation skills
 Risk Assessment skills
 Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, MicrosoftAccess, and other business/financial applications
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
 Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with technical,non-technical and executive personnel orally and in writing
 Highly self-motivated and directed
 Strong customer service orientation
