Contactor Capability Summary: Able to lead and coordinate support efforts to resolve issues and optimize performance in a multiple platform contact center.
 Has working knowledge of telecommunications networks, including SIP, VOIP, network connectivity, and call handling. Has experience with TDM and IP PBX systems, ACD, reporting, and other telecommunications adjuncts including call recording, IVR, call accounting, and call routing. Has experience implementing and supporting Avaya Contact Centers including Skills Based ACD Routing, CMS ACD reporting, and interoperability with other telecommunications systems and adjuncts. Excellent customer service and communication skills with internal and external customers required. Best Services Routing design and deployment skills desirable.
