SharePoint perspective:
From a SharePoint perspective, the intent is a person with SharePoint development skills, using the SharePoint API.. and not administration, etc..
 (must) Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using SharePoint API, Object Model, web parts web services, site collections/structure
 (must) Experience developing custom web parts, ASP.NET custom controls and ASP.NET user controls
 (plus) SharePoint branding experience, master pages
 (plus) Experience developing workflows with SharePoint designer and Visual Studio
